When he hath made plain the face thereof, doth he not cast abroad the fitches, and scatter the cummin, and cast in the principal wheat and the appointed barley and the rie in their place? (Isaiah 28:25 KJV).
God’s plan for everyman is to have and lead a full, rich, and beautiful life of color and candor. It is good and important that we (each) gain grace and understanding about this truth about God’s thought and plan for our respective lives. It is crucial to understand that God is for all that is good and comely concerning us and never behind any man’s ill or illness. This understanding will help and aid us to come, run, and flee to Him for refuge.
When God made Man, according to the Bible, the Bible says, “And the Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed. And out of the ground made the Lord God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil. And a river went out of Eden to water the garden; and from thence it was parted and became into four heads. The name of the first is Pison: that is it which compasseth the whole land of Havilah, where there is gold; And the gold of that land is good: there is bdellium and the onyx stone. And the name of the second river is Gihon: the same is it that compasseth the whole land of Ethiopia. And the name of the third river is Hiddekel: that is it which goeth toward the east of Assyria. And the fourth river is Euphrates. And the Lord God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it. Gen. 2:8-15 KJV. Notice, Man was not only made and left to figure things out for his wealth and wellness, but rather God also “spiced” Man’s life with all…” that is pleasant to the sight, and good…”. This is God’s initial and eternal plan for you and me.
Having gained grace of this note and notice, God wants us to own and run with it to appropriate the fortune inherit in it. The Bible directs, scatter the cumin (Isaiah 28:25 KJV). Cumin is a condiment; a spice and flavor introduced to make food and cuisines palatable. It is for this that God brings to this news to add spice and flavor to our respective lives. Get ready to “taste” better and sweet; scatter the cumin.
